Woodstock acquisition

A studio at One on Albert acquired specifically for short stays. It is the first residence in the collection bought for the short-stay market rather than converted into it. Now live and taking bookings.

South coast conversion study
Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal
Both south coast residences are being assessed for conversion from long lease to short stay as their leases come up for renewal. The decision is made per property on yield, seasonality and what the building can take.
