Port Shepstone · Underberg · Cape Town
A private collection of residences.
Owned, not brokered. Proudly holding and managing property on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast since 2015, and now expanding into the Cape.
Every stay is in a home that the business owns, manages and maintains itself — ensuring quality, consistency and genuine care from start to finish.
The difference
Most of what you will find in this market is an agency listing someone else's house. We are the owner.
It sounds like a small distinction. It is not. It decides who answers the phone at eleven at night, who chose the mattress, and who pays when something needs replacing rather than patching.
The collection stays deliberately small. We would rather hold four addresses we can stand behind than list four hundred we have never slept in.

What we do
Residences
Long leases on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast. Tenants deal with the owner, not a managing agent, which is why they stay.

Short stays in homes we live in ourselves between guests. Professionally cleaned before every arrival, self check-in, no front desk.
Read more03Development
Ground-up construction. The long-term intent of the business: to build the residences rather than buy them.

Acquiring undervalued stock, correcting it properly, and returning it to the market, or holding it in the collection.
